DIRECTORATE OF ADMIN & FINANCE
The Directorate of Administration and Finance is responsible for the overall financial, administrative and human resource operations of Authority, including Information Technology services and support, managing and leading a team through difficult periods at month end, year end and annual budgeting, recruitment and human resource administration, training and development and the management of board administrative services.

Hall Hire Services
NAQAA provides hall hiring services for your events/trainings. We have two facilities for rental, our conference hall, which takes up to 60 persons and our meeting room hall, which takes up to 30 persons.
The halls provide the following:

- Seats and tables are adaptable to whichever style you may prefer
Price:
Conference hall: D5,000 per day
Meeting room hall: D4,000 per day

Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Support to Executive Management - provide financial insights, reports, and recommendations to guide decision-making.

Financial Planning and Budgeting - develop and manage the Authority's financial plans, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.

Financial Reporting and Compliance - ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with parliamentary and other statutory regulations and internal policies.

Accounts Payable and Receivable Management - coordinate with Admin and Procurement Units for the processing of payments. Oversee revenue management, including Levy (NETTL) administration.

Payroll Management - administer employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant laws like PAYE and SSHFC’s Pensions Scheme, and agreements like GTUCCU, et al.

Asset and Financial Risk Management - conduct verification exercises and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the Authority’s assets.

Expenditure Monitoring and Control - monitor authority’s spending to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial policies.

Treasury and Cash Management - manage the Authority’s cash flow, investments, and banking relationships to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
